Brain MRI and CSF study suggested a bacterial meningoencephaitis, and chest radiography revealed bilateral multiple pulmonary nodules. Blood culture was positive for Streptococcus constellatus. Septic cavernous sinus thrombosis associated with multiple pulmonary septic emboli was diagnosed. After intravenous antimicrobial therapy and anticoagulation, he was recovered completely without ocular sequelae.
